Terms of Service
The terms that govern use of maketape.fit and Make Tape clinical services.
By using maketape.fit or engaging Make Tape MSO LLC for clinical services, you agree to the following terms. These terms are a working draft and will be finalized with legal review prior to clinic launch.
1. Nature of Services
Make Tape offers physician-supervised, non-invasive body-contouring services using FDA-cleared medical devices. The BCA Ready Protocol combines Vanquish ME radiofrequency fat reduction and Emsculpt HIFEM muscle stimulation. Services are elective and not covered by Tricare or standard health insurance.
2. Candidacy and Medical Clearance
All patients must complete a consultation and health-history screening prior to treatment. Certain conditions (pregnancy, breastfeeding, implanted electronic devices, metal implants in the treatment area, and other contraindications) disqualify patients from some or all treatments. The treating physician reserves the right to decline treatment for safety reasons.
3. The 2.5-Inch Guarantee
The written 2.5-inch waist-reduction guarantee is described in detail on our Guarantee page. The guarantee applies to the BCA Ready Guaranteed tier ($3,300) and requires adherence to protocol conditions, including completing all scheduled sessions, maintaining starting weight within ±5 pounds, and returning for the week-8 re-measurement. Failure to meet these conditions voids the guarantee.
4. Payment and Refunds
Protocol fees are due according to the payment schedule agreed to at the time of booking. Refunds issued under the 2.5-Inch Guarantee are processed within 30 days of the qualifying re-measurement. Cancellations and rescheduling for military orders are honored at no cost with reasonable notice.
5. Confidentiality
Clinical records are maintained under HIPAA. We do not communicate with patient commands, medical officers, or chains of command. We do not bill Tricare or commercial health insurance. FSA and HSA reimbursement documentation can be provided on request.
6. Limitation of Liability
Make Tape MSO LLC makes no guarantees about medical outcomes except those expressly described in the written 2.5-Inch Guarantee. Results vary by individual. Published clinical ranges are representative, not individual predictions.
